Yay! Looks like we’ve found a recipe for the most delicious vegan, gluten and refined sugar free brownie
It can be easily cooked in 15 minutes and requires no baking. And it just literally melts in your mouth.
Ingredients for the brownie:
Ingredients for the chocolate mousse on top:
– 1 ripe avocado (can be replaced by 1-2 ripe bananas)
– 1 tbsp. melted coconut oil
– 2 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
– 2 tbsp. maple syrup
– pinch of himalayan salt
1. Mix coconut flour and cocoa powder in a large bowl.

2. Slightly melt the nut butter and maple syrup in a saucepan.

3. Add the warm liquid mixture in a bowl, add the puree and mix everything together thorougly. If the mixture is a bit dry, you can add some more puree. But it should be sticky enough to make a “dough”.
4. Put the “dough” into a any type of baking tin and put it into the fridge.
5. Meanwhile, make a chocolate mousse: mix all the ingredients for the mousse together in a blender.

6. Put the mousse on top of the brownie. Easy!

After around 30 minutes in the fridge you can cut it into slices and enjoy it! The brownie can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days. It has a very gentle chocolate taste. Soooo gooood.
