Delicious and Easy Vegan Pancakes

These are the easiest and the yummiest vegan and gluten free pancakes we’ve ever tried.

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk,

1 cup buckwheat flour,

2-3 ripe bananas

1 tbsp. baking powder

1 tsp. maple syrup/coconut sugar/vanilla extract – optional

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.  That’ almost it!  You can add some maple syrup or coconut sugar and vanilla extract if you’d like them to be really sweet. Bake in coconut oil for a couple of minutes on each side. Serve with  jam, berries or with whatever you desire. Aaaand don’t hesitate to double or even triple the recipe 😜
