How to Use: How much you use of this tea will depend on how strong you like your tea. As a simple rule, one small teaspoon is enough for one cup of tea. Add the desired amount of tea to your tea infuser or tea pot, cover with freshly boiled water and all to steep for 3-5mins. Serve as is or with milk or sweetener if you fancy.
