Burdock is traditionally known for its ‘alterative’ action, which means it may assist the body in its ‘blood purifying’ processes, and is beneficial for a variety of skin conditions.
Nature’s Sunshine Burdock may be indicated for:
• Assistance in the relief of dry flaky or congestive skin conditions.
Dose and Administration: Adults: Take three to four capsules with a meal three times daily.
Drink a full glass of purified water with the herbs.
Allow time for the herbs to do their work. Take them every day until bottle is empty before making your judgement.
Start slowly. Some herbs have been known to increase the body’s natural process of elimination, so expect to visit the bathroom a little more than usual.
