Organic Quinoa pronounced ‘keen-wa’ is a gluten-free grain that is rich in essential amino acids, vitamin B2, E and A, & contains more iron than any other grain. Black quinoa is much more ‘hearty’ tasting than it’s white and red cousin. It’s flavour is much more earthy.
