    Live miso contains active enzymes that aid digestion, as well as helping to tenderise meat or fish. It also brings out nice “Umami” flavour, often being used to make soup, dressings, dipping sauces or added to a hot pot.

    Red miso paste has a longer fermentation process than white miso paste. Gluten-free, no GMO and no additives. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
